This notice explains what the Perkly waitlist collects, why, and your choices.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
Your email address, whether you joined as a student or a business, your language choice, and when you agreed to hear from us. To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled code made from your connection’s IP address (combined with a secret key) for up to a day, then delete it. We never store the IP address itself.
Why we collect it
To email you about Perkly’s launch around Cyberjaya and, if you joined as a business, to follow up about becoming a merchant. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Is it required?
Only your email is needed to join. Without it, we can’t add you to the waitlist.
Where it’s stored
With our database provider, Supabase, in Singapore (outside Malaysia). We chose Singapore for its data protection law, which offers protection similar to Malaysia’s.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until the waitlist closes after launch, whichever comes first. Spam-prevention fingerprints are deleted within a day.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email, or write to privacy@perkly.my to access, correct or delete your details.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking. Your language choice is kept in the page address only.
